Technicians can remotely rack IN or OUT medium-voltage vacuum circuit breaker from safe distance while remaining stationed outside of arc-flash boundary. When accompanied by CBS ArcSafe remote switch operator control unit, RRS-3 VCP eliminates all hazardous manual contact with gear during operation from up to 300 ft away.

Installation and operation of this remote racking solution, which is not compatible with breakers equipped with Closed Door Racking (CDR), does not require any modifications to existing equipment.
