Consisting of arylalkoxysilane monomer with very faint odor, GENIOSIL® XL 70 Additive is suitable for products that must avoid unpleasant odors when applied. Clear, colorless, low-viscosity silane has flash point of 96°C as per ISO 3679. As silane-curing adhesives and sealants react with water, product protects polymers from moisture inherent to formulation via fillers and other ingredients. Water scavenger also ensures that product can be used without restriction throughout minimum shelf life.

Hancock Bank plays M&A game, CenterState among possible targets

The bank, part of Hancock Holding Co., will begin looking closer at merger and acquisition opportunities going forward, according to analysts for Raymond James & Associates Inc. Hancock , based in Gulfport, Miss., has been on M&A hiatus since buying Whitney National Bank in 2011, the deal that brought Hancock into the Tampa Bay market . But the company has a history of M&A and analysts believe it will begin looking closer at tactical opportunities going forward, a Dec. 8 report from Raymond James said.

Audi Korea said Sunday that it aims to sell more than 30,000 vehicles in 2015, about 10 percent more than this year. According to the local unit of the German luxury carmaker, its car sales are expected to exceed 27,000 units by the end of this year.
