VCO-24H package and features clean spectral signal of -104 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typ tuning sensitivity of 18 MHz/V. RoHS-compliant product delivers +5 dBm output power into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 69 mA typ. Operating range is -40 to +85°C, typical fundamental rejection is -35 dBc, and second harmonic suppression is -40 dBc.
