Sydney Morning Herald: Electricity prices in NSW should fall regardless of whether the federal government succeeds in scrapping the carbon price. The Australian Energy Market Commission, which overseas the energy sector, has forecast unregulated electricity prices in NSW will decline by an average of 0.7 per cent a year from 2012-13 to 2015-16.
