Through cooperative agreement, AASHTO is working with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to establish Build America Transportation Investment Center (BATIC) Institute: An AASHTO Center for Excellence. It will help state DOTs and other agencies better utilize solutions to finance transportation projects and safeguard taxpayers' investments. The Institute also will develop important capacity building resources to support services offered through BATIC at U.S. DOT.
