The founders of OAK , a fashion label and chain of boutiques in Brooklyn, have bought back the business from American Apparel after the latter declared bankruptcy, as Bloomberg reports. Founded by Louis Terline and Jeff Madalena in 2005, OAK was bought by American Apparel in early 2013 after the duo met Dov Charney at a party in Las Vegas and struck up a relationship.

A U.S. congressional probe into the impact of a hack of Juniper Networks Inc software will examine the possibility that it was initially altered at the behest of the National Security Agency, a lawmaker said in an interview on Thursday. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform this month sent letters asking some two dozen agencies to provide documents showing whether they used Juniper devices running ScreenOS software.

As the city keeps digging out from Saturday's massive snowstorm, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority says full Long Island Rail Road service is up and running with scattered delays for Tuesday's morning rush. Mayor Bill de Blasio has also issued a travel advisory through Friday because of the potential for black ice that can cause slick conditions on city streets.
