NTT Group's 9-month net profit jumps more than 34%

(Telecompaper) Japanese operator NTT Group reported a 34.3 percent increase in its net profit for the nine months ended 31 December 2015 to JPY 604 billion. Revenues rose 3.8 percent year-on-year to JPY 8.49 trillion, and operating profit jumped 23.7 percent to JPY 1.1 trillion.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority 's Arts for Transit & Urban Design today announced that 23 performers and groups have been accepted into the Music Under New York program. The musicians were chosen from approximately 60 acts that performed before judges at the program's 27th annual auditions on May 13 in Grand Central Terminal, where Arts for Transit also unveiled a new logo and brand identity for the program by the design firm Pentagram.
