Last night the developers behind the "Tower Of Jewel" project showed their plans to the community . The plan is to replace the low-rise Jewel Osco grocery store at Clark and Division and replace it with a 35 floor residential building with a brand new grocery store at the ground level.

Developers team up to build Victory Park's largest office tower

Houston-based developer Hines is teaming up with Cousins Properties Inc. to break ground next year on a 23-story office tower in Dallas' Victory Park project. The 466,000-square-foot glass high-rise will be the largest office project in the 75-acre development on the northwest corner of downtown Dallas.

Apple asks developers to focus on Wi-Fi in first Yosemite beta update

Apple has handed the first Mac OS X Yosemite update to developers for testing, and is reportedly asking them to focus on three areas, including Wi-Fi connectivity, which have been problematic for many users. The OS build is labeled as version 10.10.1 , according to a note posted on Apple's developer site, and is available currently only to registered Apple coders.
