In late-2015, Anheuser-Busch InBev secured the takeover of SABMiller for US$107.3bn. Since then, the brewing giant has lined up several divestments of SAB assets. Stora Enso completes the divestments of its Barcelona mill and Kom rom plant

Helsinki, Finland, 2015-10-02 08:00 CEST -- STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 October 2015 at 09.00 EET Stora Enso has completed the divestment announced on 27 July 2015 of its Barcelona mill, which produces recycled-fibre based consumer board, to the private equity fund Quantum. The transaction is in line with Stora Enso's strategy to focus its consumer board offering on high quality virgin-fibre products.
