Senior Analyst, Satellite Applications Luxembourg Betzdorf ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the department support and business analysis activities. A key objective is to establish a relationship to Satellite Applications key business partners and stakeholders to analyse key business and data requirements for software development within Satellite Applications. As part of the role, the incumbent will document and manage requirements for applications, data and interfaces and will liaise with external suppliers to align and implement the requirements. The incumbent will also be responsible for translating overall company business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects, technologies and initiatives in mind. The incumbent will ensure a proper and effective followup of the tickets and will manage a quick and transparent communication towards the endusers and suppliers. Heshe is directly responsible for the design, analysis and implementation of IT solutions within the SES group and affiliated companies, as well as for IT project support within the organisation and customer related projects. HeShe will execute projects and maintenance within the Satellite Support applications delivery field, with regard to timely task and project implementation. The Analyst will advertise the available offerings to the various Business Process Owners BPOs, proposing and implementing technical solutions for new and enhanced services to solve the customer requirements.
