The state's new recycling slogan and logo are scheduled to be announced during a celebration to mark America Recycles Day. The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality will announce the winner of the slogan contest and unveil the coordinating logo during the Nov. 14 event at the agency's headquarters in North Little Rock.
