Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Monitoring the compliance of projects with applicable standards and customer requirements Organise and conduct the management of anomalies, problems and configurations Define and monitor the implementation of the rules for document production Maintain the ground segment product tree of each mission and the agreed documentation baseline Stimulate the regular assessment of risks and reflect the update in the risk register Survey document production and provide quality review of documents on request Attend simulation sessions and support the chasing of actions raised in the Debriefing Support critical operations on console on shift, according to instructions from Flight Operations Director Plan and organise audit activities for internal, external and surveillance audits Collect KPI relevant to Operations Quality Management. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant discipline Experience with Quality Assurance and Product Assurance of Satellite Missions in Development and Operations Operational problem and risk management, configuration management and process Experience in Quality Management System QMS Familiarity with ECSS standards applicable to satellites ground segment Familiarity with ISO9001 standard quality and ISO27001 standard security Tools for documentation management Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Position Reference 065 You will have the opportunity to provide Quality Assurance support to the OPSQ office. You will be familiarised with OPSQ and the assigned missions, in particular with the procedures and tools that are needed to perform the PAQA operations. The tasks to be performed require considerable initiative, flexibility and independence in executing the assigned tasks, within the approach defined by OPSQ. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Plan and organise the OPSQ audit activities for internal audits, external audits, and surveillance audits. Solicit closure of overdue actions on audit nonconformances. Support the OPS Improvement Forum. Collect OPS KPI relevant to OPSQ. Contribute to OPSQ feedback to OPS Management Team. Support the maintenance and improvement of the QMS both for the documents and the web site. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline You have demonstrated experience with Product Assurance of Missions in Development and Operations You have demonstrated experience with Quality Assurance of an organisation You have expert and operational experience on problem management process anomalies, nonconformances, review board You have experience in working in an operational environment You are mastering quality tools for problem management You have experience in Quality Management System QMS The following skills would be highly desirable You are familiar with the following ESA organisation and way of working ECSS standards applicable to ground segment ISO9001 standard quality ISO27001 standard security You have expert and operational experience on configuration management process changes, baseline, freeze, deviations, waivers You have operational experience on risk management process risk register, trend, acceptance documentation management process reference number, digital signature, template You have experience in tools for documentation management for configuration management How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
