Cashmere Popcorn opens pop-up store for the holidays

The store, 1003 S.E. Quincy, will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays through Dec. 31. It opened at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with a ribbon cutting and popcorn sampling. Co-owners Angie and Bill Anderson said they may extend the dates that the pop-up store is open or reopen for gift-giving seasons like Valentine's Day or graduation season if they see enough response.
