Kroger to build store at former Kmart property
2014-10-18 13:44:12| Grocery - Topix.net
The former Kmart property at 13 Mile and Little Mack should be the site of a Kroger store within the next couple years, Roseville City Manager Scott Adkins said at the City Council meeting Oct. 14. According to Community & Economic Development Director Jason Friedmann, the work will include a "total rehabilitation of the property" along with constructing a new parking lot and water retention pond. "It's almost $16 million in investment, including demolition of the existing building and construction of a new building, which would be about 100,000 square feet," Friedmann said.
