000 ABNT20 KNHC 222311 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Thu Oct 22 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Epsilon, located over the west-central Atlantic a couple hundred miles east of Bermuda. A trough of low pressure, located over the western Caribbean Sea, is producing an area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms which extends near Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, portions of Cuba, and the Windward Passage. Some slow development of this system is possible during the next few days while it moves northeastward near western or central Cuba, the Straits of Florida and the central Bahamas through the weekend.
