This system could acquire some subtropical characteristics over the next couple of days while it moves slowly southward to southeastward over slightly warmer water. Environmental conditions are expected to become unfavorable for any further development by Thursday night when the low is forecast to move back over colder water. (Telecompaper) Orange maintained growth in comparable sales in the third quarter, with an increase of 0.8 percent. Growth was led by a 7.6 percent increase in Africa and the Middle East and higher revenues in eastern Europe and the Enterprise segment, offsetting declines of 0.4 percent in France and 2.5 percent in Spain.
