Low inventory, rising demand squeeze industrial real estate market

Users big and small are continuing strong industrial property activity in the first quarter of 2015, raising the chances for both capital into older properties and development of new ones. The firm's preliminary report shows more than 417,000 square feet of positive absorption in the quarter, bringing the vacancy rate down to 9.8 percent.
