Allegedly on 6 days in November and December 2013, contractor Worldwide Flight Services let 5 employees, who did not have proper training or qualifications either, apply de-icing fluid on 12 aircraft operated by American Eagle. Enterprise proposes crude oil pipeline from North Dakota to Oklahoma

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. hopes to succeed where many others have failed to build a new pipeline to carry oil from North Dakota's booming Bakken oil fields to the nation's central oil storage facility in Cushing, Oklahoma. And key to the Houston company's Bakken-to-Cushing proposal, announced Thursday, is that the proposed 1,200-mile pipeline pass through Wyoming and Colorado, picking up crude oil pumped from the Powder River and Denver-Julesburg basins, on its way to the nation's central oil facility in Oklahoma.
