Environmental Services is constructing a project to replace an aging culvert on Fanno Creek at SW 45th Avenue. The new larger culvert will improve stream flow and allow fish to pass through. Two green street planters will also be constructed along SW 45th to capture and filter stormwater runoff before it flows into Fanno Creek. The restoration work and fish passage will continue Environmental Services efforts to improve conditions in Fanno Creek.

Travel Advisory: Closure of NW Germantown Road on January 20th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that road repair work to fix damage related to the recent storms will require the closure of NW Germantown Road from NW Skyline to Highway 30 on January 20th, 2016. The road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
