San Francisco Giants pitcher Matt Cain, former Safeway Chief Executive Officer Steven Burd, developer Tom Seeno and former Golden State Warrior Adonal Foyle made the list of excess water users identified Thursday by East Bay water officials. The pitcher was listed as a customer using 1,272 gallons of water a day in an Alamo home belonging to Cain, according to the newest list of high users released by the East Bay Municipal Utility District and public records.
