Arizona looks to ban monkey masks, Groucho glasses

Three Republican state lawmakers want to make it a crime to wear a mask or Groucho glasses in order to avoid speed and traffic camera tickets. Senate Bill 2143 has been introduced at the Arizona Legislature making it a misdemeanor to wear "a mask, false whiskers" or other disguise to avoid detection when committing various offenses.
