ZaZa Energy Details Year-End 2013 Financial Results

Last years oil and natural gas revenues decreased, the company said.

Strong performance in this years first-quarter drove the company to increase its capital program, Rock Energy said.

The increase in fourth-quarter 2013 revenues was due to increased production through development and acquisitions activities, the company said.

Capex was originally between $38 million-$41 million at original guidance.

The 2014 capex budget will range between $136 million-$153 million and will be funded substantially by internal cash flow, the company said.
