Additional development is expected and a tropical depression will likely form during the next couple of days. Aker Solutions Wins Subsea Contract for Breidablikk Development in North Sea

Aker Solutions has been awarded a contract from Equinor for the delivery of a subsea production system for the Breidablikk development in the North Sea, the company said on Sept. 28. The contract value is estimated at about NOK 2.5 billion (US$264 million), including options.

Shower and thunderstorm activity associated with a small low embedded within this area has decreased since yesterday. However, environmental conditions are expected to gradually become more conducive for development and a tropical depression will likely form within the next two or three days. Trump Extends Oil Drilling Ban Offshore North Carolina, Virginia
