A vacancy for an IT Front Office Security Workplace Engineer mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. You will join the Information Management IM Team. IM is the Information Technology IT business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space. As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of stateoftheart technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy. Especially for young talents, IM offers the best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forwardlooking environment. You will be responsible for building the entire IT Front Office and will run management activities linked to the PC master environment. In this context, you will be responsible for innovating and improving in order to build tomorrows workplace deployment solution. You will have to coordinate daytoday routine tasks related to client management, and your role will also involve managing the project implementations in France. This position will require security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognised authorities. Within this context, you will be in charge of the following main activities Providing the PC master and packages to the run Front Office team according to the security requirements, within budget and using IM standards, Managing, correcting or providing support for any level 3 incidents detected, Ensuring optimal operating conditions availability, performance, scalability, and cost Implementing safety procedures defined by the Information Systems Security Officer and guaranteeing their application, Managing the Client Management Services contract OLA management, operational board meeting Reporting KPIs. This role will involve some travel for business once a month in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree or equivalent in Information Technology, 5 years of experience in a front office environment, Good knowledge of Microsoft systems, SCCM, Active Directory, Windows certification would be an advantage, Discernment in task management is essential, Skills in stakeholder management and in teamproject coordination, Negotiation level of French and advanced level of English.
