Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for GEO Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the GEOQA Team, you will have the following responsibilities Implement QA policies in accordance with MTG and MSG QA plans and applicable standards and documentation Ensure the implementation of MTG and MSG processes in compliance with QA practices and procedures Support maintenance and improvement as well as the implementation of GEO QA Working Practices and procedures with a focus on process efficiency and synergy Support the establishment of metrics to measure the effectiveness of the main processes within the assigned areas Support the production and review of the technical and programmatic documents Support procurement activities and facilities development and production process QA activities Support monitoring of the implementation of the agreed QA Plans and procedures Support the anomaly and nonconformances review process and QA audit processes Support regular reporting on all QA aspects related to MTG GS and MSG4 activities. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering, physics, computer science or other related field Several years experience in QAPA processes definition, implementation, monitoring and control, and QAPA performance metrics Working knowledge of aerospacespace Product and Quality Assurance standards Working experience in applying ISO 9001 Standards Experience in the implementation of QA policies and methods in procurement contracts for complex products such as ground segment systems Experience in providing QA support to SW products throughout their complete development lifecycle. Experience in following HWSW products integration and verification Significant handson experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Experience in application of risk management and lessons learned processes Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. GEO Spacecraft Operations Engineer

One of our space clients in the UK is looking for an engineer to support development activities for their GEO platform product, focussing on aspects of system design pertaining to spacecraft operations. Support the delivery of GEO mission through to LEOP, inorbit commissioning, and handover to the customer. Key Tasks Work under the clients Spacecraft Operations Team to lead spacecraft operations developmental work for the companys GEO mission concept. Provide input and concept steer to system definition activities from a spacecraft operations perspective. Develop a GEO spacecraft operations CONOPS. Define strategies, procedures and processes for handling GEO operations for the concept, including but not limited to LEOP and Commissioning campaigns, ground station network interfaces, operations centre infrastructure requirements and redundancy, spacecraft ranging strategies, flight dynamics including orbital manoeuvres for station acquisition and conjunction assessment response, frequency coordination.
