Devices offer resistance range from 10 Ω to 2 kΩ, tolerance of ±2% and ±5%, and TCR of ±100 ppm/°C. Featuring stable thick film resistive element on aluminum nitride substrate and epoxy encapsulation, resistors operate from -55 to +155°C. Products are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free according to JEDEC JS709A definition.
