No one has any idea why the sheriff shot the agent in the stomach, because she is currently in critical condition, and the sheriff isn't saying anything because, apparently, he doesn't have to.

Imported drug-resistant stomach bug spreading in US

On Thursday, April 2, 2015, the CDC said a drug-resistant strain of a stomach bug made its way into the U.S. and spread, causing more than 200 illnesses since last May. Many cases were traced to people who had recently traveled to the Dominican Republic, India or other countries.

FDA Approves Cyramza plus Paclitaxel for Advanced Stomach Cancer

Eli Lilly and Company announced recently that the US Food and Drug Administration approved Cyramza in combination with the chemotherapeutic drug paclitaxel as a treatment for people with advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma whose cancer has progressed on or after prior fluoropyrimidine- or platinum-containing chemotherapy. This grants Cyramza two FDA approvals, following on the April approval of Cyramza as a single agent for the same condition.
