Milford chamber bestows Waters scholarships

The Milford Area Chamber of Commerce recently honored graduating seniors in the top 10 percent of their respective classes in the 10 communities served by the chamber. The chamber also handed out $1,000 Waters Corp. scholarships to five graduating seniors in the top 10 percent of their graduating classes and will be pursuing science and technology college degrees.
