A man found guilty of third-degree murder in the killing of a York City man has been granted a new trial because a jury wasn't fully instructed. A jury convicted Anthony Kareem Hayes, 30, in 2011 of fatally stabbing Kenneth C. Ramos Jr. in the neck during a fight in September 2009.
