A happy ending for missing Washington, D.C. pup! Guernsey County residents locate missing pet
2015-01-21 20:24:57| Agriculture - Topix.net
A harrowing, two-week stay in Guernsey County for a dog named Sasha is over thanks to the never-give-up attitude of Cambridge area residents Jerry and Thais Anderson and Sheryl Brunhaus. The long-time friends found Sasha -- trapped by a leash wrapped around a small tree stump under a barn overhang on Batesville Road -- Monday some 15 days after the car in which the 8-year-old Greyhound mix was riding was involved in an accident on Interstate 70. Sasha was reunited with her owners, Angus and Shella Moss, of Washington, D.C., Tuesday evening after being driven to the nation's capital yesterday by the Andersons and Brunhaus.
