Summary A master degree educated space flight dynamics engineer with solid experience in FORTRAN andor C programming under Linux to supplement our astrodynamics team at ESOC. Responsibilities Duties Trajectory Optimisation focusing on the three body problem especially in the SunEarth and the EarthMoon three body system. Navigation and Guidance for Mission Analysis Concurrent Design Studies for space missions Mission Analysis Tools Development, environmental models, numerical integration techniques, local and global optimisation techniques and algorithms Mission Analysis for human spaceflight beyond the Earth orbit Software development for computation of the dynamical behaviour of satellites Work in international teams. Qualifications Experience Completed university degree in mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent with high grades A good working knowledge of English. Essential Skills Indepth familiarity with applied mathematics, especially vector algebra, numerical integration techniques and statistics Sound knowledge of physics, especially mechanics High sense of operational responsibility The capability to study independently complex and novel topics and to rapidly prototype SW for study purposes must be proven Software development in FORTRAN 7795 under Linux Problem solving abilities Good communication skills. Desirable Skills C, C, MATLABSIMULINK, Mathematica shell scripting Previous Flight Dynamics operational experience of spacecraft missions Prior experience with production of Flight Dynamics documentation and software systems Any experience with spacecraft mission analysis or flight dynamics Knowledge about current and planned ESA missions Astronomy.

Indeed, as one analyst surmised today, bookmakers in the UK are slashing their odds on this month being the wettest June on record in the UK. Much of Western Europe has been battling similarly with concerning climatic conditions in recent days. So, with summer traditionally being boom-time for brewers and soft drinks producers, the second quarter of 2019 for many looks like it will throw up some tough numbers. Particularly when the corresponding period a year ago was so heady.
