Senior Engineer Instrumentation Process Control

For one of our clients, a global based engineering and contracting company located in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a SeniorEngineer Instrumentation Process Control. Tasks and Responsibilities As a Senior Engineer Instrumentation Process Control you will be responsible for the engineering, implementation and assessment of process installations. These activities will lead to an electro technical design that meets the certified requirements and specifications of the project or tender. As a Senior engineer lead a team of Instrumentation Process designers and you will be responsible for the coordination of the technical input in a project. Projects will mainly be new build or refurbishment of installations in the process or oil gas industry. Other key responsibilities include developing technical documents as specifications, manuals and tenders, evaluation of tenders and communication with suppliers clients, quality control and progress control. The delivered installations have to be tested and put into operation and therefor you have to take into account that you will stay a several weeks at the customers site. Experience and education BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or chemical engineering with related courses Instrumentation, Measurement and Control Minimal 6 years work experience in the process andor oil gas industry Affinity with Electrical, Automation PLCSmartPlantSCADA and Process Engineering would be an advantage Team player with extensive experience in project management Fluent in English both written and oral, willingness to learn Dutch would be an asset Willingness to travel internationally.
