Officials at United Technologies Corp. say the aerospace and building systems conglomerate will be moving its headquarters out of Hartford to the company's Farmington property about 10 miles away. United Technologies officials announced the decision Thursday, saying the company is consolidating offices in an effort to reduce overhead costs.
