Dutch logistics company TNT Express NV swung to a fourth-quarter operating loss and said it faces a tough year ahead as increased competition weighs on parcel-delivery prices in major markets including the U.K. and France. The stock fell as much as 9.6 percent, the most in almost five months, after TNT posted a quarterly operating loss of 53 million euros versus a year-earlier profit of 79 million euros.
