Guardian: The biggest solar farm in the UK, capable of powering 14,000 homes a year, has been connected to the national grid in Oxfordshire. The PUCN Wednesday rejected NV Energy's reapplication to buy power generated by a solar station on the Moapa River Indian Reservation.
