It looks like E10 could very well remain the blended ethanol-to-gasoline ratio instead of 15%, or E15, according to a leaked proposal last week from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA document referred to the E10 blend wall as an important reality and comes from more acceptance that the federal 2007 Renewable Fuel Standard biofuels mandate appears to be unreachable. Aiming at budget laptops, Intel has started shipping new Pentium and Celeron processors based on the Haswell microarchitecture. The Pentium and Celeron chips are stripped-down versions of fourth-generation Core processors, which are used in ultrabooks and more expensive laptops. Intel is providing a range of chips for laptops at different prices, and the Celeron chips are expected to be used in low-cost Chromebooks with Google's Chrome OS.
