Guardian: Britain is exporting gas at a lower price than it is importing the fuel, prompting fears that household bills are being inflated. A Guardian analysis of gas flow in and out of the the UK has found that gas is frequently being piped out of Britain despite fetching a lower price abroad. It also shows that gas shipped in from Qatar regularly costs more than the gas leaving the UK. HTC sees Q1 results flat to lower

(Telecompaper) HTC expects little improvement in its results in the first quarter. In a presentation of its fourth-quarter results, the smartphone maker forecast revenue flat to lower on a quarterly basis in the first three months of 2013, at TWD 50-60 billion. The gross margin is estimated at 21-23 percent, versus 23 percent in Q4, and the operating margin is expected to drop to 0.5-1.0 percent, from 1.0 percent in the previous quarter.
