Twelfth Judicial Deputy District Attorney John P. Sugg said Kenneth Kaulay, 42, pleaded guilty on Tuesday in a Carrizozo courtroom to first-degree kidnapping, second-degree attempting to commit first-degree murder, second-degree armed robbery and fourth-degree aggravated stalking.
