From the beach in San Francisco to a thriving annual city of 50,000 in the Nevada Desert, Burning Man has become an internationally recognized epicenter for radical self-expression, art, and performance. Every year since 1991, photographer George Post has returned to Black Rock City to document the people, art, fire, and magical desert light that make Burning Man a unique world-class event. With full-color photographs, Dancing with the Playa Messiah: A 21-Year Burning Man Photo Album (Dragon Fotografix) is a kaleidoscopic pictorial history of Post's 21 years of participation at the Burning Man event. Artist reception at 6:30pm, presentation to follow at 7:30pm.
