In addition to discussing the outlook for the U.S. multifamily sector in terms of property fundamentals and investment sales, NREIs 2014 Multifamily Housing Survey also delved into the identities of the most admired companies in the space. AvalonBay Communities was among those selected, as well as Equity Residential, Archstone, Boston Capital, Hunt Companies and Camden Property Trust. The survey included 944 respondents, made up of real estate investors, developers, brokers, managers and other real estate professionals.
