2 Bay Area biotechs set to test IPO market: Virobay, Atara Biotherapeutics

Atara Biotherapeutics, led by Dr. Isaac Ciechanover, filed plans to raise up to $92 million this week in an IPO that was put off in July. The Bay Area's fourth-quarter IPO season swings back into action with a pair of biotech offerings this week from Atara Biotherapeutics and Virobay.
