The Police and Fire Pension Board asked John Keane, the outgoing executive director of the pension fund to extend his services during Friday morning's meeting, September 18, 2015. City officials hope they can reach a settlement with the retired executive director of the Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund over his specially-created pension by early next week.
