$3.7 million real estate scheme leads to prison for White Township woman

Ania Nowak, 48, was sentenced to 66 months in prison, three years of supervised release and to pay restitution totaling $2 million. A former real estate agent from White Township was sentenced Friday to 5 and a half years in prison for a scheme in which she obtained seven loans totaling more than $3.7 million on two properties, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.
