3 UK commits to investing more than GBP 2 billion for 5G launch

(Telecompaper) 3 UK has announced the completion of several key phases of its network upgrade programme, as part of wider infrastructure investment of more than GBP 2 billion, in preparation for the launch of 5G. The company says it is now well positioned to bring 5G to customers in 2019.
