32 train cars derail in Otter Tail County; no injuries

Authorities say there are no injuries and no hazardous spills resulting from a train derailment on the Burlington Northern line in Otter Tail County. Sheriff's dispatcher Scott Anderson says 32 cars derailed just after 7 a.m. Monday along Highway 10 near Bluffton.
