Tetra Tech Chairman, CEO and President Dan Batrack received $5,741,301 in total compensation in 2016, up slightly from $5,419,194 in total compensation in 2015 and $4,514,580 in 2014. Batrack's compensation included $900,000 in salary, $2,642,162 in stock awards, $794,406 in option awards, $1,368,00 in non-equity incentive plan compensation, and $36,733 in all other compensation. He joined the company in 1980 and was named CEO in 2005 and president and chairman in 2008. He has served in numerous capacities during the last 30 years, including project scientist, project manager, operations manager, senior vice president and president of an operating unit. Tetra Tech provides consulting, engineering, and technical services worldwide.
