The $1.1 trillion spending bill the House of Representatives is taking up Wednesday includes some $5.4 billion in new funding for the domestic Ebola response. That includes money to train workers and repay New York City Health and Hospitals Corp.'s Bellevue Hospital for treatment of Ebola patient Dr. Craig Spencer.
