Do you know someone who should be honored as Multnomah County's outstanding community hero and inducted into the county's "Volunteer Hall of Fame"? Then nominate them for the 19th annual Gladys McCoy Award! The award is presented annually by the county's Citizen Involvement Committee. The winner will be honored by county officials at the county's Annual Volunteer Award Ceremony, receive a plaque, and their name will appear on permanent public display in the county boardroom.
