With nearly 650 proposed rental units on the drawing board, the city appears poised for a downtown housing boom that experts predict will trigger an urban migration of seniors, empty nesters, millenials and singles looking to fill them. "We've been waiting for this kind of interest in and around downtown Nashua for quite some time," city Economic Development Director Thomas F. Galligani Jr. said recently.
