7 Investigates: 379 Tyler water complaints received over two-year span

City records obtained by KLTV show at least 379 complaints were received by the water department from January 1, 2014 to November 6, 2015. The City of Tyler was issued a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality violation notice dated October 1 elevated haloacetic levels that occurred in May 2015.
